These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.acciocase.store and any purchase you make from Accio Case, a sole proprietorship registered in India (“Accio Case”, “we”, “us”). By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Accio Case, a sole proprietorship registered in India, operating out of Bengaluru, Karnataka 560062, India, India. We sell fan-inspired, Harry Potter–themed phone cases, made to order.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. Sign-in is by mobile OTP — no passwords are stored. You’re responsible for keeping access to your registered mobile number secure; activity under your account is treated as authorised by you.

3. Products & customisation

• All cases are made to order for your specific phone model and chosen design. Colours and finish may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to display differences and the lenticular/print process.
• Because each case is produced after you order, standard delivery is 5–10 days for in-stock designs and 15–20 days when a design is made fresh to order. These are estimates, not guarantees.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues — and will refund any payment already made in that case.

4. Pricing & payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details.
• An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully captured.

7. Intellectual property

The Accio Case name, logo, original artwork, product photography, and site content are the property of Accio Case. Accio Case is an independent, fan-inspired seller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., J.K. Rowling, or any official Harry Potter rights holder. Any franchise names or character references used in product descriptions and marketing are used descriptively, to identify the design theme of a product, and remain the property of their respective owners.

8. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting unauthorised access, scraping, uploading malicious code, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Accio Case is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, beyond the value of the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (which lets you approach a consumer forum with jurisdiction over your own residence), any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
